Handmade Maccheroncini egg pasta, manufactured through a closed-loop production system with unique ingredients supplied on a daily basis by company-owned farms. This enables the processing of the freshest eggs and wheat, which results in a one-of-a-kind product that stands out for taste, colour and scent.

“We own a hen plantation where all livestock is fed with the finest cereals, just like in the olden days, with no GMOs. The colour of the egg is not obtained though artificial processes: it is the natural result of a natural diet that involves animals being fed a mixture of corn, sorghum, wheat and soy."

Processing: This Maccheroncini pasta is handmade with durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs as part of a environment-friendly closed-loop production system
