Bellifolli is a project, born in 2018, which summarizes the Sicilian character of Valle dell'Acate: beauty and madness, light and shade, the sea in a storm and the "chamber of the sirocco". Bellifolli found his identity in one of the wonders of Sicily: the Baroque.

Five faces, five characters, five stories: this is how the Bellifolli line was born, a tribute to the architectural and cultural beauty of this corner of Sicily. The labels have an unusual visual identity: they are the masks of the baroque palaces, on display under the balconies of Ragusa Ibla.

A line of brilliant wines born from a reflection made after the success of Frappato di Valle dell'Acate in Italy and in the world: a fresh, light wine. Proud to Bellifolli, a project that represents the desire to renew itself and that goes in the direction of Millennials, a young audience that loves to drink light wines, to be tasted with friends for the aperitif, in the wine shop and restaurants, and in the family. Their wine culture is growing strongly but they are also very attracted by the attractive image and packaging. Hence the need for a rejuvenation that does not forget to enhance and reinterpret the centuries-old Sicilian Baroque culture, the passion and the italian conviviality"

The label of Frappato Rosato is inspired by a mask of Palazzo Beneventano in Scicli, also a UNESCO heritage city along with Ragusa Ibla, increasingly visited by tourists from all over the world. It has a brilliant coral color, is delicate and pleasantly fruity with notes of rose and pomegranate that blend with those of small red fruits creating an unmistakable aromatic intensity.

Black clays with white pebbles give the wine minerality, flavour and freshness. Pleasantly fruity and fresh it is perfect for an aperitif: it goes naturally with fish dishes or with a delicate flavor.
