Details: Of a ruby red colour, this PGI-certified sparkling Italian red wine has a fruity scent with red berry notes and a full-bodied dry taste. Its lively nature will pleasantly stimulate the palate. Aged in steel barrels for at least 6-8 months. Alcohol content: Min 11% ABV.

Serving suggestions: This sparkling red wine should accompany either red or white meat, but also goes well with fish courses such as eel dishes or steamed cod. Best served at 16-18°C.
