Winemaking: Harvested in mid September 2014, directpressing, controlled and chilled fermentation at 15 – 17 oC. Stored until end February ‘15 on fine lee, then in stainless steel tanks.Bottled in March 15 Wine description: Beautiful rose colour, aromas of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate fruity and refreshing with a fruity finish.
